Estimates only. Real usage depends on chart count, indicators, tick volume and OS overhead — always leave headroom.
How it works
RAM and CPU limits, whichever runs out first
We take your usable RAM and usable CPU after headroom, divide each by the per-terminal cost, and floor the result. The recommended count is the smaller of the two limits — the resource that runs out first sets the ceiling.
terminals = min( ⌊RAM·(1−h) ÷ perRAM⌋ , ⌊cores·(1−h) ÷ perCPU⌋ )
